Laks09 has made very valid points that should be taken very seriously

(1)Because sexual harassment isn’t easy to prove and she could potentially turn it around.
(2)If he records and they live in a state where both parties have to consent to such recordings, he can get into legal trouble.

Take Laks09 sound advice and talk to a lawyer before going any further.

Only other thing I would like to add is that when a woman says harassment, it is taken more seriously even without any proof than the other way. we are in a "metoo" era.

 

At one point, I almost lost interest in this site. This is the 1st time, I see so many ILs are so objective and trying to unravel what really happened than sheepishly supporting. I was bashed in some threads when I became devil's advocate, as we only know the story from one side. The whole point of this site is to shed the light and respond as objectively as possible so that it can truly benefit the OP.
