Once the man becomes powerful and/or rich, his biological need to procreate, increases. In that kind of socio economic circles, it is okay for the dad to have a partner almost same age as his children.
Moral values and strict guidelines are followed by only middle class. People who are rich, or who are at other end of spectrum, have a different set rules to live by.
