A Learner / A Teacher

Everyone is talking about Mom. I am not any different.
My mom tried to teach us a lot of things but in vain. But really she sow the seeds in us for what we are today.

She demonstrated how to be patient in all circumstances. Now I am enduring everything in my life.
She showed me the way to God now I am a traveller in that path.
She graced her beauty with a smile when we are loud. Now I am more beautiful.
She embraced us with sweet words and made me a nice person.
She tied us up with her smart eyes now I am craving for those look.
She clasped us with her Love and cherishment now I endeavor to be like her.
Do You know?
The farmer is in heaven.
Harvest is happening.
Grain is longing for the farmer - not realising it is another farmer.

You now know I am a Mom too.
I am a mom of 2 daughters. (My mom too had 2 daughters)
Doing things same like my mom. Reminding others of her. I do not remember her as she is my life. I am life is same as my mom's.
She lost her mom when I was about to enter the world.
I lost her when my second was Confirmed. Same same.
But a mom is always a MOM. Same or different.

Yes I agree, a Mom is a Mom and even if we, as young girls wanted to be different, we are like our Mom's.

Hi Kaaya, you are right we are the reflection of our parents espely Mom. as you said we imbibe the heritage unknowing. I fully agree with you.

Thank you manni, When i thought about the incidence and saw the last mother's day card and her b'day card (which i did not give heras she passed away before that day) i wrote this. and I was glad that they selected this in first 25. Credit goes to my mom and mom only....
