Don't know if it makes much sense, but I decided to start a blog. I have called it A Kaleidoscope World.

The idea is to collect together whatever I have written in one place. Shakespeare is turning in his grave as he hears about this. Big Laugh

I am not sure of course how long I shall last. And in case I disappear at short notice, my compositions will hopefully survive at IL. Needless to say, I am assuming that the IL team will not decide to bury my stuff along with me in Pharaoh style.

I have decided not to distinguish between the different categories of my posts -- fiction, non-fiction, poems, humour, trash will all be bundled together. I posted the first one today. It's called The Man Who Could Not Be A General.

    See you there :hide: ??????

    All the best.

    Thank you Kamalji:

You are always so kind to me as well as all the others. There aren't too many people like you. I wish I came to know you when I lived in Delhi. Around that time, I had to travel a good deal. Nowadays I travel far less.

    Jaya-san:

That's a wonderful way of closing a message -- 'Kaleidoscopically yours'. Loved it. Let us see how far the blog idea takes us.

    Best wishes.

Thank you Devika. As a child, I used to love kaleidoscopes. Even today, and this is a secret, so don't tell anybody, I buy them whenever I get a chance. I am particularly fond of the name I have chosen for the blog.

    Best.
