A few motivational tips to stay healthy and fit

    :) All of us pray for one thing in life.To be blessed with good health and no health issues. Here are some Motivational tips you could follow:
    1.LOVE YOUR BODY: thumbsup: It is the greatest gift from God. It is up to you to eat on time,exercise regularly to maintain a Trim and healthy Body.
    2. FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF: Be sure the people around you make you feel good. Wake with a smile and go to bed with a smile.
    3. Eat well. never skip meals. Ensure you eat lots of vegetables and fruits and greens on daily basis.For non-vegetarians eating fish is very good.Reduce eating meat.
    4.DON'T OVEREAT: This is one thing we housewives do. To avoid waste we eat the leftovers as we don't want to throw it. Cook a little less.Try to avoid having leftovers.If there is then give it the maid or the watchman.
    5. Include spinach in your meals.
    6. Keep your kitchen stocked with healthy snacks and low fat yogurt,fiber biscuits for those in betwwen pangs of hunger.:)
