I remember so many events related to the Lord Vinayak .
In the yore of days I thought he was made of only Clay.
Later I learnt he could be in a deep well after few days of His Pooja. Later I came to know huge colourful idols of Vinayak made of plaster of paris and took around in huge vehicles through prominent roads of the coastal city(s) and eventually immersed in deep sea or river near coastal lands.
I remember this day as Day of Kozhukattai .
I joined with mom & sister to learn & to prepare the mould and fix the sweet part inside the mould and cook it in pressure pans.
I do remember @Viswamitra would do the anniversary of his parent and later conduct the vinayakar worship.
I wish this day all active, hyperactive and dormant members of Indus Ladies a Happy Feastful Day with Lord’s continued blessings in abundance to All.
