    Yep 90% depends how we reacted, sometime we reacted that it'll effect us & to our surroundings. So instead of get streesed out, we should take it easy & find out what's a good solution of it, instead of make it worse.

    Dear cheer,
    Every thing is fine.I have replied to many posts like this.In chitvish's post on"accepting things in life".The bottom line of the article is "accept things that comes your way".Yours is a different situation but with the same principle.As chitvish said accepting comes by age and practise,Your article conveys to wear away the past and act on the present.Ultimately all books,yogas,spirituality deals with accepting the inevitable.All emphasises that "Nothing can be done over the past.The present is in our hands.I would like say a Quote

    YESTERDAY IS HISTORY
    TOMORROW IS MISTERY
    TODAY IS REALITY
    I think i have interpreted it rightly.Really a worthy post:2thumbsup:
