9 Week Weight Loss Challenge ( May 2 - July 3 2016 ) Loose 9% Of Weight ( Pounds)

    Planning to start this challlenge for myself.
    I've gained lot of weight since last one year. I tried many times and failed to loose weight. I've been eating lot of unhealthy and huge quantities of carbs.
    I am seeing health issues and i feel like i need to work hard a bit and control my mind and i really want to keep a journal what i am doing and get motivation from you ladies, i started this thread.

    I will be starting from Monday May 2nd and aiming to loose 9% of my current weight.
    I think i am at 187 pounds, but i need to weigh tomorrow morning for correct weight.

    So plan is to loose 9% of my current weight during this 9 week period.

    If any one need to lose weight, please join.

    Starting weight: 187 pounds
    May 2nd
    BF: lemon water with honey , sprouts + raisings + walnuts
    black coffee
    lunch: oats with raisins + honey
    black cofee with creamer
    evening/snack: cereal with milk, boiled egg
    dinner: dal + curry with little rice
    exercise: 30 min walk

    Small suggestions on your diet you can take lemon water with honey and cinnamon take it early morning, for breakfast have green tea.

    Dinner for rice is not a good option even brownrice also not a good at dinner try whole grains roti or chapati or wheat chapati two r enough... drink glass of water before half an hour to the meals. dinner time should be around 7 - 7:30pm would be nice option!!

    BF: lemon water + sprouts /raisins /walnuts
    lunch: oats / raisins, walnuts, yogurt
    snack: coffee , cheese stick ( i know its weird, but was hungry and had cravings for cheese) + 3 crackers
    dinner: oats + methi dal + 1 spoon rice
    pop corn

    exercise: 20 min walk
