5 steps to burn the BELLY FAT

    Hello Ladies

    The following belly exercises not only reduce the fat, but also strengthens the stomach muscles.

    1. Stand straight raise both the hands above the head, arc the body backwards. Slowly bend the upper body forward until your hands touch the ground. Then slowly come back to the standing position (arc). Repeat the exercise 25 times initially. Treat this exercise as a warm up.

    2. Lie down on the back on a yoga mat, hands at the sides, slowly raise both the legs, without bending the knees. Bring the legs down slowly. All the while feel the strain on the stomach. Repeat the exercise 25 times initially.

    3. Lie down on the back, hands at the sides, start rotating the legs as if cycling. Do the cycling exercise for 25 times. For next 25 rounds while cycling with the legs slightly raise your shoulders from the ground level cup the back of the head with both the hands.

    4. Lie down on the back, cup the back of the head with both the hands, raise the upper body almost to the siting position (after some days you'll be able to bend forward) without bending the knees. Slowly fall back on the mat, all the while your hands cupping the back of the head. Repeat the exercise 25 times initially. If you are not able to keep the legs firm on the ground ask someone to hold the feet for some days until you are able to do on your own.

    5. Lie down on the back, raise the legs together up to 45 degrees remain in the position, count up to 10 ,then bring back the legs to the resting position. Repeat the exercise 25 times initially.

    Do these exercises at least 3 - 4 days in a week along with your other exercises. Gradually increase the number of counts to 50 or if possible more. Exercising body needs more fluids. Drink plenty of water. Water is a natural fat burner.

    Eat wisely, stay fit and be happy.
