5 Simple Steps To Reduce Weight

    Dear Friends

    1. Drink 1 to 1.5 ltr water early morning (Cumin seed Water will give good result). Dont take anything solid still passing stool. Try to do some small works or exercise after taking water.
    2. Don't Drink water immediately after breakfast, lunch and dinner. You should drink water (hot water will give more result) only after 2 hours of your intake.
    3. Don't take intake after 8 PM. Every day try to walk 5000 steps.
    4. Every day 5 mins of breathing Pranayama will give good result.
    5. Take 5 tomatoes and 4 Garlic make a juice with 1/2 lr water. Take this juice after breakfast.

    Follow these 5 steps you can see drastic change in your weight. This will not create any side effects
