    Dear Pman,
    I am sure I will be actively participating and reach my goal and getting ready for this WLC with more anxiety and little tension also. I am tensed bcos I should complete the challenge without any break and overeating as my son's holidays are approaching.

    thamnks pman 16 for starting thios i wish u could have started this last week but iam so ok with it so far sooooooooooo excited happy and doing good with workout and food i wish i could continue it till 31st dec .thanks a ton for starting this thread.:).

    Thanks Pman! This sounds really awesome! i want to loose 10 lbs buti wil start with 5lbs for now..i dont know wht i smy current weight so once i find it i will post it here.

    Hey Pman,

    Day 1- Disaster .

    Diet and exericse both. Evening after dinner had some namkeens.

    Exercise only 30 mins. - no weight training.

    So for today not going to mess my diet and exercise both. As I am already feeling guilty about yeasterday.

    P.S. I am going to give everyday's status. Atleast I will be answerabe and because of this I will think before messing it up everyhitng.

    Dear Pooja,

    Give yourself negative points whenever you have slips in diet or tempted to eat prohibited items. Stock up salad and fruits and attack on them as soon as you get back from work.

    Hi pman16,
    I couldnt do any exercises for the past 2 days becoz my DS has fever. I tried to keep the diet, but there r few slips. I am pretty tired and exhausted. Going to start the leslie videos from tomorrow.

    Dont stress yourself too much when kid is not feeling well. Try to eat some fruits or orange juice from time to time instead of eating fried/high caloried foods during such times.

    Remember you have to take care of yourself if you want to care about others. Keep health in long term goals and work towards it. Aim to lose atleast 1 lb a week.
