    1. Poor Career Choices: Indian women mostly, sacrifice their careers or choose careers that help them concentrate on their families. In India, women are burdened with the management of their homes. Many women wake up in the wee hours to make breakfast and lunch for their family. They end up working hard at home to make their family happy. So, they are mostly convinced by choosing careers that help them manage their families better. Their careers are at their families' disposal. Half their life goes trying to strike a work-life balance.

    2. Low self esteem and self limiting factors: A problem almost every Indian home maker faces is "Low self esteem". The society throws lot of questions at women. There are series of negative remarks that a woman has to face in her battle to be confident. Women who have sacrificed their careers often compare themselves with working women. Policies that suit women: Organizations has to have policies that are specific to women employees. Employers should discuss the transition with it's women resource and should draw a career plan that will help women to move easily in the organizational pipeline.

Role Models and Mindset change: There should be more women leadership role models which would inspire lot of women. Generally, there has to be a mindset change in everyone that women's career is not at everyone's disposal. Women has to be more ambitious.

    Dear savz,
A very nice snippet offering valuable tips to women about ways of overcoming stress in routine life. In reality, society puts much value on the institution of marriage, children and family life, and doesn't value or respect a woman for her individual talent. There are many restrictions about her way of dressing, kind of friends she mingles with, time limits set for her return back home , from work or studies- the list is long. The day a woman can breathe freely without any restrictions, plan and run her life according to her own wishes - that day will be a stress free day for any woman.
