Recently, on a house visit, the lady there told me, she had bought a 3D outliner/frame painting( i assume just like our anchor stitch kits or cross stitch kits) and did all the painting herself on it. i assume again with acrylic paints or something. not sure though..
Any idea what is it called, and where can I get those in bangalore???
I do not have any contact with that people and even if I had, I am not close to them, to ask these... so please help

Yes, there are emboss painting kits available in market..Its very easy to work with and guess it costs around Rs.100/-(Check out my album, I have posted a emboss painting which I did using the kit--Karna in Chariot) you jus need to iron the cloth at the backside, so that u'll get the embossed effect and you can start painting using the paints that come along with the kit.
