30 Days Of Positivity And Self-improvement

    Sometimes we feel like we are going down and down in a deep well, without knowing how to get back to ourselves. Because we feel that the time is packed, work is heaping up, less rest, social media or internet distraction to escape from other problems... But at some point of time, we need to get up from this deep well. So, this is my trial to get back from the falling and analyzing where I am in my goals and what I am doing to achieve it.

    Me living with in-laws and my son is studying in primary school. I am working part time in noon time for 4 hours till 4pm on weekdays. I couldnot able get time for my embroidery work, extra cleaning or painting my crafts. More than 'could not', I should say that 'I am tried', even a small time I get, I like to lie down and take rest or see or read fiction stories in online. In our house, we make lunch after 9am only, so that my mil feel it will be fresh to have lunch at 2pm.

    I wake up at 6am only, because we will go to bed at 10.30pm. I am taking healthy food, but lack in doing exercise. From tomorrow, I am planning to organize my work and mind and share it here, about how I am doing. Because here I see and feel motivated to share my thoughts and work.

    So bad, from morning I am having headache, moreover, dosa batter finished, so need to make idiyaapam, coconut chutney for breakfast, and my son's lunch rasam rice, snake gourd kootu.. So, tried. Lunch I asked my husband to buy for me and fil, as mil went to her parents' house, to take care of them for few days. Moreover, I am having 0.5 in left eye, but eye hospital says, they will suggest glass only when I see little blur all the time. So sometimes, whenever I feel tried, my eyes also blur...

    Many thinks going out of way in 1st day... I thought to take rest first and grind dosa idli batter in the evening... we have leftover idiyappam, I am thinking whether to make lemon sevai tonight. Vegetables also need to stock up so need to go to weekly market today.

    I am having stomach issues, because of that food that reheated create stomach problem for me... so all the time, I will make fresh only, sometimes I will keep cut veggies or onion tomato chutney in fridge. So I have to find another alternative to make my cooking easy... If MIL in house, then I can't keep cut veggies also in fridge, because every day menu will be decided on that day based on what MIL purchase from the ladies from nearby village.

    Ok, enough with my ramblings, my part-time work starts, need to login to company site. At least I will try to make my second half of the day positively. :thumbup:

    At least my second part of the day, I have done more work. Grinded dosa batter, made lemon sevai and chutney, restocked veggies in fridge...

    Today I got up at 6am, as today aadi veli, mopped house and washed outer area of the house, cleaned pooja room and pooja vessels. Even made lunch earlier than usual and start working on my job. I have lot of pending things to learn for my job, next I have to complete it one by one.

    Evening cleaning, and dinner preparation are there. Today I watched mobile less time and have not taken morning rest (lie down). Hope every day I will be active like this.

    Tomorrow, I am planning to rearrange my balcony garden pots and change the soil and clean the empty pots... Past 1 week I didn't do complete bathroom cleaning, tomorrow I have to do that also.

    Past 2 days are weekend and also very busy weekend. Saturday Aadi 18, Sunday Aadi ammavasai.. So I am super busy, even in little break time, my son keeps me busy as he is in home. Today only i got to login here.

    So, I am just thinking where I am. Every day going positively and in household work also, I started cleaning my balcony garden... bathroom cleaning is still pending, as I need to take bath early for pooja, so much time for cleaning...

    At least from tomorrow I should start exercise...
    From both house work and my job, I see some improvements... So in health only I am still lagging. I will try to start that also.

    Little more work in my Job, so no time to check IL.
    Today woke up at 6am, started cleaning bathroom one side, then started making breakfast (idli and onion chutney) and lunch for son.. It took my time till 9 am, after breakfast i started making lunch, and completed by 11.30am, then started login to my work..
    Work logged out at 4pm, then took few mins rest and started to dry washed clothes...
    Now 5.30pm, time going like bullet train.. Need to make dinner and exam is going for son, so I have make him study...

    Whenever i take rest and walk again i am getting pain in the leg below archies heel.. So from tomorrow i should definitely start doing exercise at least for 10 mins..

    It's been more than 10 days since I have logged in. Past week I had my periods, so my positivity and energy gone down. I am making up myself slowly.
    Today aavani avitam, so more work. I also have to start my exercise again.
