3 Month weight loss buddy to lose 10 kgs

    Count me in too...I am 62 kgs want to reduce 10 kgs first so i could go back to my pre pregnancy weight.

    Sure we shall do that together
    had been to the gym today and i had to check my weight twice there everyday
    at the time of entering the gym and getting off frm gym

    i was 71.50 and when i returned 71.30 kgs.
    i worked out for 1.15 hr. today .

    Hi Ldies,

    One suggestion from my experience.Cuttting down rice completely is wrong.I have lost so far 9 Kgs and still 10 more to go but eaing rice but only in the afternoon.Also try to eat rice or lunch before 2 in the afternoon and i have taken fruits in the night very less.still i have lost weight.No fruits in the night is a myth.It depends on each body type.Understand your body and then plan your diet

    Yeah i know..
    so this is my food so far..

    7 am i had a cup of warm jeera water
    9.45 am had 1 .5 cups of oats porridge with salt
    11.30am had 1/2 cup of butter milk
    lunch was a salad with palak - cowpeas veg rice with raita
    around 5.30pm - had 3 biscuits with 1 cup of sugarles green tea
    and dinner i have prepared chappathi and brijal with salad,

    Well, I have managed to set a decent routine.

    Morning I have some fruits - Any 2 - banana, apple, plums, orange, pear etc.
    2 slices of brown bread with Nutella or pesto or Oats.
    And milk - am still trying hard to cut off the coffee.
    2 dates
    (I'll probably start with the honey in warm water or jeera/fenugreek water like many of you have mentioned here.)

    Lunch I have a little rice and gravy/curry. Usually limited quantity rice, with more of the vegetables.

    Evening I started with some soy milk (in an effort to cut out caffeine) with another fruit.
    Or last week I tried some salad to keep from starving for too long before dinner.

    Dinner is roti and gravy. I try to include lentils and pulses here.

    In between this, which ever way it fits I manage some outing/cleaning and climb back all 6 floors in my apartment. Making sure I do it at least once and day. And before lunch or dinner, I spend some time on Wii with some basic muscular exercise or Yoga. But I've not been making that a routine. Will start from today and set a time for it.

    Hopefully will motivate myself a bit more and show some changes by next week.

    Tioday had been to gym.. Today workd on hand weights and abs..
    worked out for 2 hrs today and did 20 mins of elliptical bike. Thta increases the heart rate and boots the stamina.. i felt tired but did feel refreshed after a hot shower...

    i weigh 71.12KG as of today..

    Try to avoid the rice.
    Avoid fast food.
    Don't be lay down after the eating dinner or lunch.
