I checked below site but the opportunities avaliable specify that the individual must have proof of legal authority to work in the US. Are they ready to apply H1?

Need H1B sponsor 2010-2011

Hi Friends.........

I am on H4 and i am in NJ.
I tried last year also.
But could not find a sponsor last year.
I have only 2 years of IT experience.Some companies wanted more and some told they are not sponsoring last year.
Some were unable to provide supporting document to USCIS while filing H1 ,without which it seemed impossible to get a visa to us.So we didn't file with them.

I am also looking for a sponsor this year.
If any of you get one plz let me know too.........

Hi Ladies,

How is the search for consultancies to file H1B coming along?
As expected the H1B cap count is very low approx 15000 so far..
But the consultancies are not ready to file without client letter.
Lets see what happens..

Btw,Beware of NewtGlobal..
As I said before they say they wil file your h1B..and they have conducted a test..After the test there is no response from their side..
After 1month again when I asked they said they dont have requirement.They didnt even correct the papers.
I heard that NewtGlobal is doing the same with everyone.

I believe that most of the reviews in desicrunch.com are true and you can use it for your reference.

And ladies, there is one site called myvisajobs.com
In that u can see the list of top sponsors.So if you want to find about any consultancy details(num of H1B filed,state etc) u can see there.
The information on that site is true but dont know how accurate it is..

Any comments on the site?

HI All,

Got a offer from focus inc, focustechnj.com,,,,they r asking for 49k inr security deposit and bond for 1yr, but I can’t find their name in the h1b filing lists becoz there are so many companies having the name focus in their company name,,,,,can someone pls help me ,,,,with what name have they been filing for h1b for previous years.

Have any one came across this consultant if so how reliable are they ??

Basically i want to know how you folks get to the consultancies. I checked several sites...and no use. SOme say pay money for a list. For a few i sent a note but no response. Please let me know on how you search and how you get to them.
