There is not much you can do. A cold is a virus infection (usually) and it takes a few days to recover. Sometimes it can take longer for the nose to clear up. Steam bath (eg having the shower running and staying in the same room), saline drops can help if the baby is very congested.

This is what my doc suggested. Talk to yours beforehand.
Put a humidifier in the baby's room. Apply vaporub, but not directly to the skin but on the clothes where it wont touch the skin. As crayoness suggested the shower room steam also helps.
Clear nose from time to time using an aspirator. If there is too much congestion you can use nose frieda. Or saline drops.
Dont worry, cold is a very common thing in babies. It will clear up soon :)

At 2 months age, there is nothing much you can do. Apart from what has already been suggested, try keep the baby a little elevated when sleeping. It will help.
