Hi Ils In Passport road, Al Danube Bldg ( BUILDMART or AL DANUBE), there are 10 flats vacant because of rent. 2 BR is 90K ( 2 cheques) and 3BH is 115K ( 2 cheqs). The flat office is in Al Manara Jewellary (near EGM or AL Rafa Medical bldg) hamdan street. The flats are very neat / clean and brand new and maintenance is very good. Sharing is not allowed. The rent is comparitively high compare to other bldgs, so only noone is taking the flats. Well this is the information i received today from a person who came to my office.
Are these rates too high? I thought a 2 Bedroom apartment is gonna cost 90k. If cheaper apartments are available, its awesome.
Due to residency parking and fin.crisis the rates are come down. But actually the maintenance in the al danube bldg is very good and neat flats. The rate should be AED 80000 or AED 75000. But they are saying AED 90000

Hi , can you help me to find a studio apartment near electra street, passport road or anywhere which is close As-Suwwah island with indian community. Can the rents be paid monthly? Basically searching for accommodation for my husband as I won't be joining him now. So for 8 months he would be staying in studio apartment. So he can't take one year lease. Is it possible this way?Please guide me as I have no idea about Abu dhabi housing. Thanks in advance.
