150 Minutes of Exercise Per Week

    great ! I am trying hard to achieve 150 minutes of fast work every week ...with great difficulty, I am achieving My target

    The week from 30.7.18 Mon to 5.8.18 Sun:-

    ( Duration indicates the fast walk with my maximum speed)

    30th July Mon: 20 min

    31st July Tue: 20 min

    1st Aug, Wed: 20 min

    2nd Aug Thu: 20 min

    3rd Aug Fri: 20 min

    4th Aug Sat: 20 min

    5th Aug Sun: nil.

    120 minutes done.

    Fallen short by 30 min to achieve the target this week

    Too many things came up this week plus having usual upper back issues. Just couldn't make time for exercise which is stupid because it would have helped my back. Will try to put in a proper workout tomorrow.

    Mon: 30 min walk
    Tue: 15 min walk (with dog)
    Wed: --
    Thu: --
    Fri: --
    Sat: --
    Sun:

    Total: 45 out of 150 minutes

    Okay. 90 % of the back pain is die to mechanical reasons , mostly due to improper way of prolonged sitting.

    Has any one, advised you postural correction in sitting ?
