    Tue: 45 min running

    Total: 80 minutes

    The week from 30.7.18 Mon to 5.8.18 Sun:-

    ( Duration indicates the fast walk with my maximum speed)

    30th July Mon: 20 min

    31st July Tue: 20 min

    1st Aug, Wed: 20 min

    60 minutes done.

    90 minutes pending.

    From tomorrow till sunday, I will be continuously on travel.

    However I will try to walk fast at least for 20 minutes everyday

    @BiriyaniAroma i was going through some posts and suddenly saw Biryani Aroma. I didnt know what it was and the biryani lover in me opened the thread right away! as soon as I realised that its your ID, I burst out laughing....and I had to tell my colleague why I suddenly laughed! lol

    Yes aside from an initial warm up, but that seems to be my upper limit. I am physically spent by the 50 minute mark. These days trying yoga and pranayam to build endurance for longer runs.
