    Hi Good Morning Ladies

    i am in. I did Leslie sansone 3mile power walk from 10 jam till today.

    To be consistent in workout I need a company, so logged here:)

    Hope we will motivate each other.

    I find 150 min target per week is a great idea.

    Week 12.1.15 to 18.1.15

    12.1.15 Mon 60 min fast walk (with one break in beween)

    13.1.15 Tue nil,

    14.1.15 Wed 20 min fast walk,

    15.1.14 Thu 20 min fast walk,

    16.1.15 Fri 30 min fast walk

    17.1.15 Sat nil

    18.1.15 Sun 20 min fast walk

    Achieved the target of 150 min workout per week !

    I'm updating with only the minutes here..not writing what exercise I did..I do that in other threads.

    Week 1 : 12th Jan - 18th Jan

    12th Jan, Mon - 40 minutes
    13th Jan, Tue - 65 minutes
    14th Jan, Wed - 40 minutes
    15th Jan, Thu - nil
    16th Jan, Fri - 45 minutes
    17th Jan, Sat - nil
    18th Jan, Sun - nil

    Total - 190 minutes, target exceeded by 40 minutes.

    Will try to workout 5 days this week.
