12 week Workout Schedule-Anybody with me?

    Hi all,
    I've joined this free news letter in about.com which sends you mail everyday regarding the workout schedule for 12 weeks.

    12 Weeks to Weight Loss

    Its really good as I've tried it last year and I've lost 8-10 pounds in like 3 months. I'm trying to start it again now and It'd be helpful for me if I've some buddies to work out with so that , we can compliment each other and motivate each other in acheiving our goals.. and I also think we'll stick to the work out if we have a responsibility.

    The workout schedule is designed for beginners, where you have cardio,strength training and Flexibility on alternate days.They have given many different work outs to choose from and also the steps to do them.

    Regarding me, I Consider myself as a beginner as Its been a long time since I worked out.
    My weight -133 pounds
    Goal weight- 125 pounds
    Height-5 feet and 3 inches.

    So, Please Join Me! Together We'll Acheive our Goal!!
