Today didn't walk 1000 steps
Having a foot sprain like thing. Wanted to rest it a lil
Bf 3 idli with ground but chutney, coffee
L brinjal poriyal, anapakaya pulusu, little rice
Evng semiya upma, coffee
D 3 dosa with Kara chutney
I over ate a little too
Hope, I will resume walking tomorrow
Nice to hear your plan Me too doing the same... But after lunch am getting tired.. So starting with baby steps.. And sometimes for me it's very difficult to reach 10k..
