    Day 11

Learning to move on from my past. Still holing onto some hot coals, but I believe I made significant progress in the past week and a half.

Had some time to watercolor, try new technique.

Had time to study and understand the course material for exams.

Was ill this morning, but after 30 minutes felt better. Enjoyed cold refreshing coffee I refrigerated the night before, which kick-started my day.

    Day 12

I believe I permanently lowered my Synthroid required disease from 100 mcg to 75 mcg.

I’m more confident about taking cert exam, just need more practice with logistics

    Did 3000 steps today

After insipitatiom from Sui I'm starting to update this thread again. I did start a few months back but couldn't be consistent. It's nice to have a company to do it.

Festivals are always fun. Last year we didn't celebrate any festival because of death in the family. Plus my pregnancy. But this year back on track . Enjoyed preparing Delicacies for Ganpa and everything came out perfectly.
The lil Ganpa at home was adamant for the modaks. Gave her a few pieces to eat and she played well with them. Anything the lil one does is a joy even if she creates a mess giving extra work to me

Positive 1 : To call this person X was on my mind for a long time but I was hesitating.
Today I welt ahead n dialled the number. Well the challenging part was before calling the person I anticipated 3 outcomes from the conversation
    A) the person will not receive my call
    B) the person will be positive about my proposal C) the person will not be positive about my proposal.
Well the outcome was C but what helped me remain calm without blowing the emotions was I anticipated A or B or C outcome. My expectation wasn't met but definitely my mind handled the outcome well.
Positive 2: it was much easier to just walk to the textile shop n select something for myself. But the challenge is I'm ever confused to shop anything for my daughter. So many thoughts whether this will be the best for getz 50 ft. Well the positive part is : the selection is done!

Took a deep breath and unboxed my camera. Now the battery is charging.

Feel internally confident about material for cert exam.

Was productive today (still procrastinated but working in it)

    Took 3600 steps

For the last few years, I have been struggling with the impact of my health issues plus pandemic on my career. Recently, I have given an interview to a local TV channel, CBS affiliate, on my new project (very intersting experience) and appeared on many articles based on it. Finally, some light at the end of the tunnel, I am almost on the track now. A long way to go...
Thanks to IL for giving me the diversion I needed during the above period.

    Day 14

Establishing routine and logistics for when I take actual certification exam from home. Got 100 out of 100 but had to rush to bathroom (had coffee too soon, :p)

Got time to do some watercolor painting, and pastel / oil-pencil painting.

I'm learning to be hopeful about the future, even though I have setbacks. I am able to imagine my future Husband, and not be push images of adultery, abuse, addiction into the picture (which was in last, and fortunately brief marriage)

    @nuss 's post, https://indusladies.com/community/t...-have-any-opinions.313976/page-3#post-4224307 was encouraging

    Day 4 13th September 2021 .
Day was such a bummer. As usual had arguments with mom. But we laughed it out at the end of the day and made peace and that's the positive .
With mom it's always the we fight, we argue but we laugh it out.
