Second curve not a function according to the "vertical line test". Please see me after class.
Is it weird that when I read your OP I was reminded of this?
Awesome thread. I hope to join you on this road, perhaps a little later...after all this Thanksgiving break and all that.
I can already see that everyday is going to be a favorite day with that positive attitude! Thank you for starting this.
Hi Gauri and others, I too would like to join this thread. I have been trying to keep a similar journal but tend to forget it or just be plain lazy to update it daily. Hoping the company here will give me the motivation to be consistent.
I will start from today. Kickstarted my weight loss plan today after long gap and feeling good about it.
"Lyraa what happened, hardly see you on FB"
"Nah, not much into FB"
"I hardly do anything on FB to miss me"
"Miss your L-O-N-G, very long and absurd comments when others only write a word you write a long paragraph"
"I know! FB customer service threatened me twice to impose twitter restriction if I type another of those neurotic and winding comments"
"Miss you on FB, come"
"Come to FB, please, come"
Positive thought: Try to be more active on FB. Try , try , try .
Love FB ..Love FB ..
Every blue cloud comes with a silver lining
Love more that ant-sized textbox , bland font, and unstoppable Shathapdi express feed on Rumour Has It
Day 3: Today is my 211th day of consistently logging into MyFitnessPal. I've lost another lb to boot. The day looks promising and full of possibilities!
There is nothing quite as wonderful as old friends reaching out, is there?
This is such a wonderful thread. Thank you @Gauri03 for starting it. Whatever you wrote in the opening post holds true for me too. I sometimes get exasperated with insignificant things. I used to have loads of patience before. I am not sure why I behave like this sometimes. I want to strive to be a better person each day and being positive is the first step towards that.
Day 1: My DH told me this morning that I've lost some tummy fat and I will look like a teenager if I manage to reach the weight as I was in college. It is still a looooong way to go for me in terms of reaching my target BMI but this is such a great inspiration. Made my day!!
Day 2: Added songs to a youtube playlist. Small thing for many, but a huge thing for me to take the few minutes to add some songs.
Day 3: Got a text from a friend - a picture of a handwritten note by me from many years ago. We texted some more, and then said what the heck, and just called and spoke for long, recalling those times, but happily, not wistfully.
Day 3: No time to decide whether I hate or can love FB.
Involved in too many activities. Wish there were 36 hours in a day, the only positive thought for today: glad there are not 20 hours in a day. If you hear less from me , imagine me exasperated: "Now listen, we need to get this right, synchronized, let's play the music one more time"
I look like a lump, but the positive thing is that I am now three pounds under my pre-pregnancy weight
