    Hi all,
    Anyone willing to take up 100 days fitness challenge with me, join here. I will measure myself only at the end of 100 days. I truly wish to do this, join me and let's motivate each other. I'm starting tomorrow. Expecting to shed 10-12 kilos. Let's do this.

    Count me in Divya. I need to lose 10 kg. I did not lose my second pregnancy weight yet and looking really overweight. I might want to weigh myself once in 10 days. At the end of each 10 day period I would like to know how much I lost. These are the things I am planning to follow:
    1. Early dinner - this is very important for me as I eat very late around 10 most days.
    2. Portion control - especially with rice
    3. Eat more veggies And fruits
    4. Exercise everyday - stretching in morning if time permits or walk in evening

    sure... something I want to do after my 2nd baby --
    1. take care of myself
    2. prepare healthy meals
    3. manage fitness with work and 2kids at home--next 100 days --lets do it

    Day 1:
    Workout done ✅
    Early dinner, portion control done ✅
    Planning to follow a schedule and squeeze right amount of time for everything- kids hw, me time, screen time, workout, office wfh, kids play area, teaching kids something extra. Wish to follow and adapt this schedule for life time.

    Day 2#: done ✅
    Started following intermittent fasting. Earlier I had practiced IF for almost 9 months, this time I'm not sure if I can be that strict in following. Let's see.
    Feeling good to start this with u all!

    I have completed 10 days of challenge. I lost 2 pounds so far. I always measure weight loss in pounds instead of kg since it will make it look like I lost more :)
    I couldn’t do intermittent fasting at all. I get very hungry towards the end and finally will eat something in the night which is not good. I followed early dinner and portion control throughout. Some days I got time to walk. Some days I just did not do exercise at all. But with 2 little kids I am active throughout the days and climb up and down the stairs many times a day.

    Another 10 days have gone by. During this time we had an anniversary and a birthday. So couldn’t control my diet. I also got my periods and I don’t diet at that time. No exercise too. So I didn’t lose any weight
