Day 10: completed (took 3 day break for )
I did warm up,ab and cool down.
Walking for 40 min
Day 11day : completed
now I can do second reverse crunch, straight leg crunch and now my elbow touches my knee during bicycle workout.
today walked for 1 hr 10 min(3.2 mile)
