If you can try relaxing yourself in a tub of warm epsom salt for around 20 mins.
Haven't tried this before. Will try it out.
Is there any specific Epsom salt brand recommended?
Thanks. I just started 7 minute with family so slight leg pain but manageable. Really this lockdown making me to eat a lot n worry a lot about my weight. I am happy too that I was lazy once when everyone was working n going to school. I used to say excuse that I don’t have time in morning( I am early riser and like to do exercise early) but now I have time even I wake early. There is no change in my weight but hoping for inch loss.
Any brand will do.Its great for muscle aches.You can check its benefits online.
Oh I am early bird too. I don’t check my weight anymore, it’s the inches that matter which will take time.
Mine is not a muscle ache @kveena. Patella alignment issues. Anyways, I will give it a try.
