Am doing that too.
Today I finished doing 30 DS followed by a 1 mile walk by Leslie... a total of 45 mins workout.
Good job. I didn’t do any. Will start from tomorrow.
Day 1: completed (04/03/2020)
Since I took break,I starting my challenge from first though I did for 5 days and took 2 day break.
I can able to do up and down plank now but I couldn’t do reverse leg crunch.
Kudos to you for being consistent! As you get fit you will be able to do much better.My 2 cents suggestion to you is to combine it with strength and cardio, ab exercise will not work alone. Spot reduction is a myth. If and when you find time do try reading or listening to books - slim for life and boost your metabolism.

Sure will try. Past few years I become lazy and didn’t do any exercise. After long time,I started this ab exercise.i need some motivation and consistency . I want to slowly start my exercise. I will complete this 2 week challenge. Then slowly start cardio and other exercise. Else, I will become lazy or say excuses to skip exercise if I start to do more.
Didnt workout today as I am emotionally low.The corona situation and other situations in life has put me in danger zone.I hope and pray to God give me the strength to fight and protect myself and my children against virus and evil!
True. Stay home and avoid going out. That’s how we can avoid getting infected.
Be strong. This too will pass away. Be positive.
