I never felt any... May be once you are used to it..should be fine. But if you are still uncomfortable better avoid. please continue walking ...we are ere to support and motvate each other.
Currently I'm busy with my work and kids exams and not logging any steps....soon will find a workaround
Somehow I'm scared to try anything other than natural products....Never tried vinegar intake
hot water making tummy sick?.. i am not experiencing anything like that..
just i am feeling hungry quickly.. taking healthy snacks in between...

sorry all it was easter time got busy with the things... i will do it from monday... 4/9/18... i do walk for 30 mins but didnt start counting steps going to take couple of days to start it... starting problem.....
what do you all eat for dinner i started eating parotha for lunch evening time have to end up eating rice... trying to switch to sandwich.. hopefully we will be ready for switching by monday..and then lets roll it on..
I want to dive in as well. Started Leslie walk from last 15 days for 45 mins but it is just close to 5000 steps. I stay in the US and in winters there is no option to walk outside. So being at home I am not able to increase my steps. Also, I want to know what you guys have for your breakfast?
Try to do it in 2 streches like morning and evening to complete 10K
Since I'm South Indian- we do traditional breakfast items- idli/dosa/upma/pulihora/pongal etc... Cant help much on this.
I started drinking 1 glass of coriander+lemon+hot water+cinnamon early morning daily. Lets see. Will continue for a month and let you know the results
