    hi ash,

    145000 for a 1 bedroom is too much to ask. Now everyone is scared of finanacial crisis, will consider it a lot of money. Here what happened to people. It's only for rent out, not for buying the property. Everyone want to make quick money by robbing others.Rant

    Hi,

    Thank you for your feedback....It's Actually 1 BD + Another room little bit smaller but can accomodate a single bed and armoire.

    And this is the average rate in AUH....In addition, you are not paying any viewing charges, No 5-10% Real Estate Commission.

    The Electricity and Water is included in the rent so no additional charges there...

    The intention is not to rip anyone off....but to be more accomodating since I have this apt available and I am not living there.

    Advised 1 bd rent is an acceptable figure for the year 2006 - 2008.
    Now for the same, only 60 - 70 aed shall be an affortable price.

    For 140,000 - 150,000 aed 2 bd new flat itself available in hamdan & chorniche itself.

    Based on the above, they should review the present market trend and fix suitable rent for needed persons.

    Hi Ladies,
    Now home rents are reduced in AUH.

    You can get 2 bedroom,1 Hall + 1 Kitchen & 1 Toilet including water,electricity & maintenance for 60,000AED in Mushrif Area.

    I am sure aish , 145K is too much expensive.

    There is one flat vaccant on Electra street, Baskin Robin building near Sheraton Hotel. Its a sharing accomadation. One family is already staying in half apt.

    3 rooms, Hall, bedroom and kitchen.
    Kitchen is on sharing basis.
    Rent is around 45.

    Right now we are staying in sharing accom 1Big room,attached bathroom and sharing kitchen. We are paying Dhs 3000 p.m. I felt 45 is quiet costly
