May 29- 40 min strength training, with 20 min focus on flabby arm May 30- 30 mins walk May 31- 30 mins total body strength training June 1 st- rest.
If possible just moderate walk on Saturday else, week end- rest days. Happy week end girls.
May 23-1 hr morning walk, 20 mins floor workout at night May 24- 50 min strength training- Lumowell May 25- 1 hr outdoor walk May 26- 30 mins...
