hey I did 65 Minutes of cardio today
so totally 110 + 65 = 175 ..
yay I'm above the target by 25 mins and still have 2 days in this week .
Did 50 Mins of Cardio and today 60 Mins of Cardio.
Total is 110 mins .

I also feel the same something is better than nothing .
Buds I m really impressed with your workout .
Even I want to ex like that .
Diet wise the day was ok no junk but I was not able to ex as my elder...
I would also like to join .
Will start posting here from tomorrow.
I was deviated a bit now back on track from today.
I'm a emotional eater .
I try to eat when I'm sad or upset.
This has made me to gain lots of pounds.
Any tips to avoid it .
Nov 17 Diet was ok but not ex.
Nov 18 just finished my workout
Cardio Boot camp and Pilates .
Last week went well . Today feel lazy to ex.
I have lost another pound this week.
