Surya namaskar

    Hi Friends,

    I just wanted to know if Surya Namaskar can be done in evening as i have to leave for office early in the morning so i dont get time so i do yoga & Surya Namaskar after 6:30 in the evening.Is that ok?
    Kindly guide me if iam wrong!!!!

    In yoga the sun is represented by pingala or surya nadi, the pranic channel which carries the vital, life giving force.

    It is not mean 'The sun'

    You can practice surya namaskaram in the evening too. But the stomach should be empty
