    Dear Mami,

    I skipped butter biscuits and instead tried Party Pinwheels, yesterday. There was a little 'kasapu'. I seemed to have added extra cocoa :bonk.

    I first had this wonderful cookies in your home last year :-D
    Then I made Oats Cutlet for evening tiffin. Almost skipped my dinner.

    Today for lunch I madeRed Pulao. The fried onions for garnishing, gives it such a royal look .So yummy.

    I remember having read your reply to somebody, asking her to store a pack of freeze sweet corns available. I have done it now :biggrin2:. So you will get FBs for that for dishes with that,from me soon.

    Dear Chitrama,
    Made Dill masoor dhall today for lunch, i made it with tur dhal. Had it with rice, ghee & appalam. Dhal was very flavourful and taste of the dill was very different, this is the first time im trying dill had a nice lunch :)

    Amazing and mouth watering spread. All the dishes are so neatly arranged looks like some buffet in a star hotel. The pineapple rice is the showstealer. Simply superb Raji.

    My cooking has started... Morning Idli with onion-tomato chutney....
    Then for lunch, drumstick vathakulambu, dates rasam, cabbage-carrot-capsicum salad, chow-chow curry and keerai (pulivittu)... Everything was very nice...

    Especially dates rasam is heavenly.. I just loved the sweet and sour taste in it... (Now the boxes of Lion dates in the fridge will have an end)...

    Chitramma, will you even beleive if I say I finished cooking all this (right from cutting veggies, all on my own ,no help) in just an hour? It was a real pleasant shock for me....
    Cant thank you enough for the confidence you have given me... :)

    Dear Mami,

    Yesterday bought some Mangainji & nellikai.. Mangainji is hot favourite of mine & DH. So promptly made the same but chopped the inji into fine tiny pieces as we enjoy like that.

    Nellikai is getting soaked in the sugar syrup for Whole Amla Morabba... After two days will let you know how it has come...

    Maybe I will visit you soon...keep your fingers crossed.

    Dear Chithra Ma'm,
    Yesterday made Morkuzhambu again.Can't seem to be having enough of perfect morkuzhambu.For dinner another of our favourite - Kadai Kurma with rotis.Yummm.
    Today made drum stick arachivitta sambar to go with Palak moong dhal masiyal,senai vadhakkal & just before lunch suda suda one whistle rasam.Though I made usual quantity of rice, today we all wanted a little more.Thanks for all the tasty recipes.

    Sorry, Arch, for the almost 24 hr delay in replying you!
    today Laxmi came & we made Jam rolls,chocolate swiss rolls, doughnuts, doughrings etc.
    You know the mess in my kitchen!!
    U K with Thenga Thogayal is a new combo! Must try it once!
    Yes, practise is needed for namma oru samayal!!
    All of you seem to have 'working' cameras??!!
