    Dear Mam,

today had a friends family for dinner, delighted that i managed to take some photos before the dishes went to table.
all of them were from your treasure trove.

For Starters,i did tomoto soup with samosa (thanks Arunarc your tips helped me a lot)and felafel.

then the side dishes were Mushroom dum, cholae, veg manchurian and old cucumber araichu vitta sambar.

the mains were rava idli(friend had sply asked),methi thepla, jeera rice and pineapple rice.

the dessert were Mock badam kheer and jamun with vanilla ice cream.

all of the dishes were super.initiall had done with jeera rice and filled up the place of bahala bath with pineapple rice.raj did all the cutting and deco of the P rice.

    attached some pictures.

Thanks is a small word for the happiness tht we get after cooking and seeing the guests relishing it with pleasure.

the guests were local chineese.so you can imagine how excited iam.

    lots of love
    raji

WOWOWOW!! All the dishes look absolutely amazing and no wonder must have tasted divine. :thumbsupThe way you've photographed and decorated speaks volumes of your sincerity and aesthatic sense towards cooking & arranging!! The pineapple rice and the jamuns make me want to grab it from the monitor. :)

Thanks, PS. You are the first to try Lauki Paneer delite!
This raitha is a meal by itself and I am also surprised that you did'nt try it so long. It goes with any stuffed parathas, so well.
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Dear Raji, Amazing spread!!:thumbsup
Pineapple rice is the real 'monarch of all that I survey". I think Raj is a real artist!!
Your mock kheer looks so rich, nicely decked up. So is gulab jamun!!
However much your family is proud of you, I am more proud of you!!
    Great going , Raji!:-D
    Love,
    Chithra.
