My First Attempt on Jewellery Making For a Good Cause

Yes my first attempt on jewelery making was when i was pregnant.I used to collect these aval vigadan copies where they taught to make jewelery. And my very first attempt turned out to to be for a good cause. Since i was at my mom's home for delivery and just getting bored doing nothing. This idea of making jewelery stuck to me.
There is one mentally retarded association called DS Institute for Special Children at Virugambakam, Chennai. I knew about that through my cousin. I wanted to help them in some way. The kids themselves do several hand made works like floor mats, mop cloth,etc. I thought instead of giving money,i will do some earrings and give them so that they can sell them at a higher rate along with the other stuffs they do.
They usually keep exhibitions in flats and offices and sell their products. I am so glad that they sold all the fifty earings i made at a good profit. Just adding a few pictures of the jewellery i made that time.
Thanks to God for giving me such a good opportunity.
