    Friends;
    Suggest me a good place to get
    1. Picture chart (of animal, flowers) etc
    2. Plain chart papers
    3. Magnetic alphabets and numbers etc.
    Is there any other name for picture charts and chart paper?

    Thanks Santa;
    I was wondering whether I couldn't convey my doubt properly.
    We don't have a holcomb's nearby and our nearest dollar shop doesn't have it. Maybe I should target the target.
    Thanks again

    Hi Nithya,

    I tried the nearest target/walmart and they didn't carry picture charts. I got alphabet charts from the dollar store and got some shapes chart from amazon. Would love to get fruits/veggies/animals chart though.

    Also Walmart has 'Go Fish' flash cards that target only animals. You could try that.

    I am more than interested in other people's input as well on this.

    Nitha,
    If you do not find anywhere, download all the necessary pictures ,put together in a document and take print out.Or take printouts,cut individually and stick in chart.

    Supriya;
    That was my initial plan. But the printer wehave is B & W. I don't it appeal much. There should some colours so that they atleast glance into it.

    S-s, I have seen some good flash cards in target $1 section. I brought it before I went for vacation to India and my DH kept it somewhere safely. So far he hasn't remembered where he kept.

    I have seen aphabet charts in Staples . They also have other alphabet learning tools like picture magnets , mats, board games etc..

    Another place you can try is Barnes and Nobles..

    Hi Nitha,
    I got picture chart (small words) from dollar tree and magnetic
    alphabets from walmart. Thanks for the name POSTER BOARD.
    I recollect that one time I was asking for earbuds in walmart and
    finally they told me it is Q TIP.
