SD, if you have a boondhi karandi, use it; otherwise normal karandi(with holes). Frankly, I have still more, SBS; but am not posting because of over-crowding. God willing, next year!!
Anyway I tried a MW caramel fudge y day & it is sooooo easy & superb that I have no heart not to post it! I also plan to try ypical Madurai Thool bajji for D breakfast. Let me see!
    Love,
    Chithra

Vidu, what i use is BUTTER PAPER locally available. It is neither parchment paper or wax paper. We were asked to use this for lining cake tins in our bakery course. I use it also to keep wet, sugar-syrup-soaked sweets or for setting sweets between 2 sheets. INfact, it is used in steaming dishes like elai adai also or dropped in boiling water.
    Wait for your D FBs!!
    Love,
    Chithra.

    Hi mam,

The choco pista roll looks great and tempts me a lot..

Having plenty of almonds at home..If i use almonds instead of Pista will it be odd or can you suggest me an alternative flavour matching almonds instead of Choco !!

    Thanks,

    Hi chitra mam

This is my first question to you..

I had a Thai veg fried rice in Malaysia.. The fried rice is very simple and tasty.. But wanted to know one thing.. I had seen a white coloured herb / vegetable 3-4 cms long .5cm thickness.. (looks like a miniature of white raddish)

It was such a tasty veg i liked it very much.. since the server didnt understand english i was not able to ask the name.. But i had seen the same veg in all thai foods there..

If you came to know please post me the details?
