    clothing store near little india

    Hi,

    I am on the lookout to open a clothing store in little india area.But the rental seems to be really high mostly asking from SGD1500 onwards.

    Can anybody give me inputs on the rental prices and tips on what types of clothing to start with

    Hi there,

    Was just reading this post and thought could help you new ladies out in town. It is true that the stuff here is quite expensive. But I know of somebody who sells beautiful Indian Stuff and at very reasonable and affordable prices. Also the designs are really good and the stuff is quite exclusive.

    Hope this helps a few of you Indian traditional clothing lovers :)

    Hi ladies,

    Happen to read your post and thought could help a little. It is true that most Indian dresses sold in singapore are price unreasonably high. But I know of a boutique that sells exclusive Indian Wear (Suits, kurtis, lehangas) at very reasonable and affordable prices and the stuff is real pretty and good. If you wanna know more just drop me a mesg

    Ideas for getting Indian national dress-Pls help!

    Hi all,
    My DD's school is celebrating Republic day on friday,22nd.I'm supposed to dress her as a national leader.Can you all please give me ideas..is there something I can do on my own,or if I have to go out and buy an outfit,which shop should I and what should I buy?

    Hi Racr
    If it is Indian national leaders, you wont get any costumes for rental here. So go for Indira, a saree(probably plain cotton with a tricolour border) and put some white colour in her hair and make up minimal.
    My opinion! All the best for the kid!

    You can buy capri's for arnd 10-15$ at CK.
    Some tops & maternity pants(until stock lasts) are also available at Mustafa 4th floor.
