    Dear Ms Varudhini,

I saw one of ur collection. I am wondering how to do lazy daisy with bead? I know about lazy daisy stitch. In the same way I am wondering how to do fly stitch with beads???

I would like to get rid of lot of beads mostly round and small bead. Anyone pls pass me some idea about bead embroidery on dress material.

    Thx
    Lilly

    Re: Kamal Kadai Embroidery

I have heard it is called kamal kadai meaning the eye of god and has only 5 stitches. I think aloud if it is the banjaras style of embroidery. If somebody clarifies it would be really good.

    love

    Hi Praveena,
Great work. I too do kamal kadai. I am always using tatting thread/crochet thread to do kamal kadai embroidery. I would liek to know about your choice of thread.

    Thanks
    Lilly

    hi,
I have used anchor embroidery thread here for this kurtha. I had heard that tatting thread may be used. But one of my friend suggested not to use if i am doing on a dress.....so i used this anchor threads. Becoz it is durable after wash and all.....where as tatting thread won't be durable for long run. And tatting thread is more suitable when u r doing on table clothes like that.
If anything else question is there feel free to ask........

    Praveena
