    Have you added Orkut applications to your Orkut profile page? We are thinking about designing an IL application for Orkut. What would be an interesting application?

    1. A listing of latest discussions from IL?
    2. A listing of popular discussions from IL?
    3. A listing of popular blog entries from IL?
    4. A listing of latest blog entries from IL?
    5. A listing of your IL friends?
    6. A listing of your latest blog entries?
    7. A listing of your latest threads?
    8. A listing of your latest posts?

    Anything else cool that comes to mind?

    That's a wonderful idea. Perhaps you could get into facebook too, since Orkut is banned in Dubai, & there are many ILs from Dubai.

    Hi Ani,

    Thanks for that suggestion and information that Orkut is banned in Dubai.

    We will look into the facebook possibility, once we wet our hands with Orkut.

    Hi Malathy,

    With Orkut, my suggestion would be to give links to the latest posts / threads etc. (the line up you have given) as part of our IL Community too.

    Reason is our IL community in Orkut has less activity and people visiting the community might not be so attracted. On the other hand, it is not our intention to open discussions in Orkut itself. So some links to exciting things from IL in Orkut community might make people land here and look for more.

    With regard to Orkut application, I don't use orkut as much as i use IL....so...nothing much to say here. But will think on these lines and revert if I get better ideas.

    Actually it is very useful website, it depends what purpose people want to get into this website. Mostly you can get connected to school mate, college and of course your ex colleagues.

    Good for networking and connects to people worldwide.
