    Dear Chithramma,

It's very nice to read about Thanu's schedule. Such a young person and I must shamefully admit that i complain so much:( It only shows how well you have brought up Ruby and in turn she, Thanu.

    Dear C

Yesterday it was baked potato roast( cubed ) for dinner. I have made potato wedges before, but never thought of kari. But, this is a real hassle recipe. I shoved the potatoes in the oven, fed my son and by the time was ready to have dinner, the roast was ready...! Many thanks to you for this.

    Regards
    Gayathri.

    Dear Chithramma,

Peas entering the last leg of the season got 3 kgs. Started the show with peas paratha and thotukka sabz makhani. The parathas came really thin. I also ground some ginger and omam:)

Sabz makhani.. i didnt' think this simple step of kasuri methi in butter would bring out such a fantastic aroma. rendum nalla jodi:)

    Dear Chitra,

I made Easy Morkuzhambu today with the powder. Super recipe. I added fried vendakai to it. Had it with potato roast. Your marination recipe is awesome. Great combo.
Also made kollu upma with drumstick gotsu. My DH loved the combination.
I also made gobhi paratha.Your instructions was easy to follow and paratha was delicious.

Thanks for all that you do for us.

    Love
    Shobana
