    can anyone pls tell me the meaning of savaralu(telugu).....it refers to gold...

    8 savarlu---palakasarlu (for ex)
    means how many thulas/how many grams?
    pls answer me immediately...

    In our native language(basically from Nellore)
    1 savara = 8 gms
    8 savaras = 64 gms which is around 6 and half tulas.
