    Hi Iyra,

    Shobhana did give quite some info on embroidery.. it mentions using long and short darn stitch... sad part being I dont know what darn stitch is :(

    I remember Phulkari instruction being put up in some thread ...
    Here s a link that has some nice designs that use chikankari, phulkari and kashmiri works...

    thank you very much for sharing phulkari embroidery. I am very new to

    this type of embroidery. After getting the membership from IL i have

    learned so many types of embroideries. Some of them are used in my

    sarees and churidars.
