Can you Recommend soap and oil

Hi,
Can you recommend what oil to be used for oil bath. Also what soaps can be used for dry skin.

Hi
for dry skin u can use dove soap. Or any shower gel.
For oil bath u can use either coconut or olive oil.

Use G&H Body shampoo from Amway. It is real cure for dry skin!

Hi,

For oilbath Gingelly oil is the best as it reduces the heat in our body..
Regarding soap Hamam will be the best for Drys as well as oily skins.

Hi Hema,
Thanks for the input, I would agree with you in ginger oil, but as far as hamam is concerned, I have been using it from my childhood but does not seem to be effective at all. Recently I used dove during the so called winter season and it was effective. Now even dove does not seem to be effective. Currently I have started using Pears. Please let me know as to what soap can be used to control dryness.

we use gingelly oil for oil bath and for soap u just have to try what suits u the best. but do apply a good moisturizing lotion after bath to retain the moisture.
as soon as u take bath, do not completely dry urself, when there is little moisture in ur body apply a lotion to seal the moisture in.
