Expectation ....

Hi Aabha,

A thought rendering post. Expectations mostly end up in disappointments and at times break of relationships too. Most of the times we expect people to be like what we have expected them to be. We should develop the mentality to accept either way.

'Blessed is the man who expects nothing, for he shall never be disappointed'

when we expect too much we may end up in very bad disappointment
but seriously its very difficult to get rid of it
rather its better to adjust with whatever comes in life
and take life as it comes

Expectation should not be lowered but should be managed
Lord Buddha's teachings revolve around this..he said, that these expectations and indulgences are the real culprits and the reason for our Dukhh....our sadness.
If and when we are able to control them ...we will live happily ever after.
A child expects the parents to provide, a DIL expects good in laws, a MIL expects a good Behavior from her DIL, husband from wife and wife from husband................................
but we are all expecting basically from the LOrd ...coz when ever we do not get something, we lament to the almighty only.
To do away with these laments............we should try to control/manage the expectations, as to be with out an expectation is impossible.
