    i make my own veg stock, i don't like using cubes.
    Now dear don't get upset, it will take time for you to get into shape, so be patient nad do not over train yourself and make sure after jogging you strech your leg muscles.
    just be focused and be positive, ok.

    This week went on super good.
    I did my exercise regularly and watched my diet.

    with 2 ltrs of water every day.

    Tmorrow i am going to check my weight ....lets c"JUST KEEPING MY FINGERS CROSSED"

    this is shabnam here..........got really impressed by this thread.........i am almost 5 kgs overweight, i have gained sll of the weight arnd my tummy.it looks ugly............n also my upperarms have become very loose.............can someone help me in toning up my body

    Dear sdhaliwal.. Looks like this is ur first post.. Welcome aboard dear... Read the forum guidelines for more tips on using this forum...

    Yes we all motivate each other and help other in losing weight.. Dont worry... the key thing is to eat healthy and right and do excercise everyday. Post ur diet chart everyday and people here will advice what can be avoided and what can be eaten etc..

    Do excercuse without fail .. I do brisk walking for 20 mins (though it is almost 10 days since i did it :drowning)

    10.30 2 servings of rice

    2.30 1 cup of coffee

    3.30 1 cup of green tea

    4.30 1 cup of lemon tea

    5.30 4 puris + chenna :rant

    7.00 a handful of cooked chenna

    no excercise - weekend
    1lt of water
