    A very good morning friends,

    Here is my daily log for 12th May 2009 for your eyes.

    Food log :

    05.30 - fenugreek with 2 glass of hot water
    06.30 - 1 glass of cinnamon & honey
    08.00 - 1 glass of skim milk
    11.00 - 1 cup of green tea
    13.00 - Grapes
    16.00 - 1 cup of green tea
    18.00 - 1 glass of Ais Tea (less sugar)
    21.00 - 1 cup of home made mushroom soup & 1 apple

    Exercise
    19.00 - 20.00 - brisk walking

    p/s : I was full day fasting yesterday.

    Hi buddies...

    My diet 13.05.09 (not good)

    10am 2 soy linseed toast with strawberry jam
    2pm chicken slice and salad sanwhich
    4 pm 2 cheese and bacon bun
    5 pm choclate (im sorry)
    6 pm 1 cheese and bacon bun

    water 1.5L (had like 0.5L of orenage juice)
    excercise 30 mins of brisk walking
