    hello,

    ALPA,Manisha,Kirti and all other buddies.

    Sorry i was busy with some of my personal works and could not post my charts.

    But i am back with a good news...

    I have totally lost 8 pounds ...

    I am going at a 1 pound per week pace...

    Though i was busy i am regularly watching my diet.

    All the best to lots of new buddies.

    Dear PR,

    Thanks for your invatation.
    I have lost 13 kg so far in this 2½ months (from early March)

    Today's Plan (fasting for Lord Muruga & Durga)

    Breakfast = a glass of milk
    Lunch - Fruits (apple and guava)
    Dinner - Fruits (apple & guava)

    Exercise - will go for brisk walking for 45 minutes
    - 30 minutes of yoga

    I have reduce another 24 kg...

    Dear friends,

    Thanks for your support. I am doing ok today. For past 3 days it was hell with body pains. I never had it before, may be it was because of hard exercise to thighs and legs. I will try to maintain the counts.

    Dear niv,

    having too much of fruits is not good. you will see result, but it is not the healthy way. Try to fix a schedule and eat accordingly.

    Try like
    Breakfast(8-9am) - bananas
    lunch(12-1pm) - rice / phulkas
    evening(4-5pm) - fruits
    dinner (6-7pm) - phulkas / again fruits(limit fruits to weekly 3 days).

    Have 40% of food in breakfast, 40% in lunch, and 20% in dinner.

    Please try to rethink about your dieting way.

    i know it will hurt a bit at the start/increing counts...but dnt worry it will go away soon...and when u think abt it, its worth it in the end....

    i also agree with evergreen...u are eating way too little...in every meal u eat u need to include carbohydrates, proteins and some good fats. U r only eating fruits..u neeed more veggies, nuts, soya...each day hav atleast 3 servings of fruits and 5 servings of vegtables...if rice is fattening hav some wheat phulkas or bread. All the best!!
